Premier Brick Oven Pizza - Best Pizza in Town

RESTAURANT REVIEW - A few years ago a friend of mine opened a pizza place in the old Straw Hat location in Madera. Just a few months later he suffered a massive stroke and died. His restaurant closed and I was worried his dream also died. Fast forward over two years later and a new family is in the same location chasing their dream of running a successful pizza business in Madera.

Premiere Oven Baked Pizza is the continuation of the dream that started with Gambini's Pizza. It's a family run operation with a quality product and a professional, service oriented staff. It's not the bland, greasy corporate belt-oven pizza from the chain franchises. It is the first pizza in Madera to bring back the California tastes of the old Straw Hat Pizza.

Let's face it a fresh hot pizza is a great dinner at any place. For me the true sign of a great pizza is how it tastes the next morning cold, right out of the refrigerator. Straw Hat always had that quality and now Premiere can also deliver that for a decent price.

Their everyday special is a three topping large pizza for $9.99 and on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday any of their large specialty pizzas are only $12.99. These prices are less than Me n Ed's Pizza up the street and their opening has even got Bill Dawson at Round Table to create his own mid-week specials on his large pizzas at only $12 to try and hold the new competition at bay.

It's a great time for pizza lovers on the west side of Madera. Three of the best pizzas in town, all with specials that will allow you to feed your family for less than $15.

Check out Premiere Oven Baked Pizza in the Save Mart Shopping Center on Howard Road. Hopefully they will be a part of the Madera community for a long, long time.
