FRESNO COUNTY - Sheriff Margaret Mims is asking for the public’s help in locating two Fresno men wanted in the kidnap and sexual assault of one of the men’s estranged wife.  Wanted are 25 year old Jerry Vue, and 20 year old Kou Vue.

This past Monday afternoon (June 4), shortly after 5:00pm, deputies responded to the Fresno County Juvenile Justice Center regarding a domestic violence call.The 25 year old victim reported that earlier that morning, she had met Jerry Vue, her ex-husband at a parking lot near Divisadero & Fwy 41.  Vue was accompanied by his younger brother Kou Vue.

During their meeting, Jerry Vue started talking about the two of them getting back together.  When the victim refused, he forced her into his van where both he and his brother restrained her and fled the area.  At one point, the victim was able to get free of her restraints and tried unsuccessfully to jump from the van.

The victim was driven to Jerry Vue’s residence located in the 6500 block of W McKinley where she was restrained in a closet.  The victim was pistol whipped, beaten, and ultimately sexually assaulted.

In an effort to save herself, the victim talked Jerry Vue into believing that they would reconcile their relationship.  Jerry Vue then drove the victim back to the parking lot to get her car.  When the victim got in her car, she fled and drove to the FCJJC where she reported the incident to law enforcement. 

Both suspects are still outstanding.  Jerry Vue is described as an Asian male, 5-5/180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He is wanted on charges of kidnapping, sexual assault, felony domestic violence, false imprisonment with violence, torture, criminal threats, and assault with a deadly weapon.

Kou Vue is described as an Asian male, 5-4/115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He is wanted on charges of kidnapping and false imprisonment with violence.

Both are considered ARMED & DANGEROUS. The Vue brothers may be driving a gray, 2008 Honda Odyssey, California license 6EAH474.
