ATT was the internet provider for the suspect and records showed the IP number came back to a server out of North Hollywood, California. Madera Police obtained a warrant from a Madera County Superior Court judge and ATT was forced to turn over the name and address of the owner of that internet account. Last week Madera Police leaned the owner of that account was Peter Davis, the son or Walter and Irene Davis. Irene Davis is the choir director for John Adams Elementary and the band director for Thomas Jefferson Junior High School. Walter Davis was the choir and band director for Lincoln School before retiring. The threat reads: "Let us start off with, YOU PIECE OF FAT F---ING S--T! Now that that is over, let us just tell you, if you so much as bat an eye at any Madera Unified officials or teachers, especially Irene Davis, who is one of the most inspirational and caring teachers of our time, you will succumb to your worst nightmare, and like you, your kids will witness it. We will take you out and beat you like the dog you are. We are always watching you now, if you go through with any lawsuit it will be the last thing you do, we promise you that." Peter Davis lives in North Hollywood and owns Peter Davis Productions where he is an audio engineer. He is a 2010 graduate of the University of Pacific. He says on his FaceBook page, "I hate judgmental people, which is the one of the many reasons why I'm not religious. I'm from Fresno and anyone from Fresno knows it sucks there. So I'm out of the bible belt hellhole of California."
The principal of John Adams, who was the administrator on duty, failed to have the school district turn on the air conditioning units for the large room. After a while the room became hot and uncomfortable to the hundreds of people from the three schools attending the event. At the two minute thirty eight second mark of John Adam's second song, the daughter of Jack Porter, BVN Publisher, collapsed. Watching the video of the event, it is obvious now that there were signs the nine year old was suffering from oxygen deprivation during the whole performance less than three feet from the school's choir director. No one from Madera Unified came to the assistance of the young lady. Neither the choir director of John Adams, Irene Davis, or the principal, Melissa Murray offered any assistance to their student who was collapsed on the floor. A paramedic, who happened to be in the audience, revived the John Adams student and an ambulance was called. Words were exchanged between Mr. Porter and Walter Davis, husband of Irene Davis. Mr. Porter told Irene Davis he would be suing her for what she caused to happen to his daughter.
Madera Police have sent a felony complaint to the Madera County District Attorney's office for filing of charges against the twenty-five year old Davis. His mother, Irene Davis, secured an attorney for her son who has been advised against speaking to the law enforcement. Davis has not been arrested and this case is still under investigation by the Madera Police. The Madera Unified School District has not issued a statement about the incident of May 22nd or the death threats issued to a student's parent by the son of a teacher. To this date the only person who has accepted responsibility of his actions on May 22nd has been Mr. Porter. "I find it very disturbing that if you have an issue with a teacher at Madera Unified, you now have to worry about death threats from their adult children or harasment from their husbands." Porter said. According to Madera Unified Director of Human Resources Mike Lennemann, an investigation is being conducted on the actions of Madera Unified employees involved in this incident. Lennemann retires on June 30th. ---- Original Editorial Published May 23, 2012

MADERA - Just a few days after the daughter of the publisher of Big Valley News collapsed at a choir performance from oxygen deprivation, a death threat was emailed to the online newspaper's offices. The threats were taken serious and Madera Police quickly acted to find out where it came from.
On Tuesday May 22nd, the Madera Unified School District held its Spring Concert for the blue pyramid elementary schools. Choirs from Lincoln Elementary, Alpha Elementary and John Adams Elementary along with the students parents filled the auditorium at Lincoln School.
Once outside, away from the crowd, the principal of John Adams asked Mr. Porter to leave the school property. At the same time his daughter was being attended by the EMT. Mr. Porter answered the principal with three little words, "Go F--- Yourself".
