MADERA - The Madera Fair kicked off it's 2019 FOur-Day run with 90's country act Trace Adkins who wowed fans at the Table Mountain Stage. The tall drink of water played all his hits and left fans amazed. Tonight on the main stage Canadians rockers Loverboy takes the stage. As with all the entertainment at the Madera Fair, it is free with your paid gate admission.
As with all fairs, the main draw is the food and this year the food is great. Check out the Wild West BBQ for some of the best meats at the fair this year. Their Tri-Tip sandwiches with peppers and onions are the best you will find inside the fair gates. But of course, the real best in town is just outside the gates at the Sugar Pine Smokehouse just outside the gates.
Tonight the gates open at 5 pm and Loverboy takes the stage at 7:30 pm. Check out all the acts playing through the night at the stage behind Hatfield Hall or the world champion robotics team from Madera High School over in Lumbertown. There is plenty of fun for the whole family at this years Madera Fair.
