Thomas Ryan Daggett (78)

Thomas Ryan Daggett (78) was born on April 13, 1940 to Ryan and Helen Daggett in Hawthorn, CA. His lifetime was shared with a loving family continuing with his enjoyment of playing football and wrestling throughout his high school and college years. His love for his country led him to serving his country in the US Air Force where he was a trainer in the use of the portable hydrant systems taking him to many parts of the United States and France.

Following his military days he attended Fresno City College with a Police Science certificate and worked for the US Marshall's Dept in Fresno before and after entering the Fresno Sheriff's Dept in 1969 and retiring after 30 years of service.

Tom was preceded in death by his daughter, Monica Biscay, parents Ryan and Helen Daggett, mother and father in law Patricia and Edmond Sagouspe, and brother in law Richard Sagouspe.

He is survived by Denise Daggett after 54 years of marriage, daughter Nicole Speth and son in law Dan Speth, son in law Alain Biscay.  Brother Steve Daggett, sister Marylynn Vogel and husband Carl Vogel, sister Barbara Clark and husband Bob Clark, sister in law Tonya Daggett.  Sister in law Judy Sagouspe, brother in law Steve Sagouspe and wife Nadine Sagouspe. Grandchildren Philip Biscay, Danielle Speth and Abbi Speth, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday July 8, 2018 at Jay Chapel from 2:00 - 6:00 PM and Services will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
