Sgt. Chuck Reiring (68), a native of Burbank, CA and a resident of Madera, CA for 56 years passed away suddenly Saturday, September 3, 2016 at a Madera hospital. He was a Deputy Sheriff for Madera County Sheriff Office working for 32 years until his retirement in 2003.

Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Reiring.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Joyce Reiring of Madera, CA. Mother, Hermine Reiring of Madera, CA. 1 son: Chucky Reiring and his wife Angie of Madera, CA. 2 daughters: Kari Lauver and her husband Patrick of Topeka, KS and Kathy Reiring of Madera, CA. 1 brother: Ron Reiring of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and 1 sister, Dianna Davis of Fowler. Chuck is also survived by 8 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 8, 2016 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jay Chapel in Madera. Funeral Services will be Friday, September 9, 2016 at 10:00 am at Jay Chapel.

Interment will be at Arbor Vitae Cemetery in Madera.
